Home Visits
Other than an emergency, home visits are requested to telephone before 10:00am if a visit is required that day. The receptionist will ask you about your illness to help the doctor

Whooping cough cases increase

Childhood Immunisations and Health Surveillance Clinic

This clinic is held every Wednesday from 11:30am – 12:30pm by Practice Nurse(currently vacant) & Doctor.

Travel/Holiday Vaccinations

For overseas holidays and travel, we can advise you on the vaccinations you require. Please make an appointment at least 4 weeks before you travel.

Medical Examinations

Private medical for special purposes such as pre-employment, HGV licenses, driving and insurance are undertaken by appointment and incur a charge.

Medical Sick Notes

Only after a 7 day absence is there a legal requirement for a medical certificate. Prior to that, a self-certification form should be obtained from and returned to your employer. Recurrent sick notes do not require an emergency appointment.
